Very interesting look at the changes Britain made during the 13 years under New Labour. You can use the stats either for or against, but I think that they show on the whole that the UK is in a better place than they were in 1997.
The report is well laid out in a nice grid pattern with simple graphs and diagrams.

Konigi has many different grid templates including these templates for US Letter sized paper for sketching in. The templates include notes areas.
The National Park Service has been using a simple grid designed by Massimo Vignelli for the past 50 years. Goes to show that a good grid can go a long way.
