Panefresco is a great looking geometric sans-serif based on the excellent titillium. The original idea was to provide Titillium with italics, but once they had created the italics, they then recreated the Roman. The font family contains a whopping 8 weights with matching italics, all free to download.
Lorimer is a great looking sans-serif with a bit of personality due to the slanting cross strokes and alternate R and K. Currently, you can download the medium and medium italic weights free from Fontspring.

The excellent Exljbris Font Foundry have release Calluna Sans to match the lovely Calluna, just as they did previously with Museo and Museo Sans.
Calluna Sans is a humanist sans-serif font along the lines of Gill Sans and comes in 10 fonts, 5 weights of roman and italic. The regular weight is free to download from a variety of sources such as MyFonts, linked to on the exljbris site.
