Excellent Star Wars posters in the style of Art Deco travel posters.

Great advertisements for the H-57 Creative Station’s fictional Typography Design Institution, playing on the Star War’s “may the force be with you“, to emphasize the importance of typography. The representations of a storm trooper, Darth Vader and Yoda using glyphs are very well executed. I also like the layout of the advert with the key in the bottom left and shield in the bottom right. The style is followed through in H-57′s website. Click on the images to view larger.

A piece of vintage inspiration. The ornate lettering of Elementary is excellent, and I like the forms of the quirky engavers font for Geography. The background illustration is excellent, and I like the semicircle shape bringing the whole layout together.
