Layout | Feltron 2010 Annual Report

It is time again for the excellent Feltron Report, now up to it’s sixth edition. For those that do not know, the annual Feltron Report is a brilliant collection of infographics by Nicholas Felton usually about what he got up to during the year.

The 2010 report is slightly different, in that it is about his Father’s life, and all the resources he could find to report on his life.

As usual the graphics are top notch, and the typography is excellent.

Layout | Typefaces of the World poster

The Typefaces of the World poster is a very pretty poster, highlighting the origin of 50 popular typefaces alphabetically, and listing the date and author.

The idea is to familiarise designers with the origin of the type, so as to be able to better use the different faces. I think a timeline element would add to this, maybe by lengthening the line accordingly.

Layout | Off The Map

A great project by Thomas Wood called Off The Map, exploring the disused tuble stations of London’s Underground. Each poster represents a different station, and is created in the style set out by Johnston and Beck.

Layout | 2010 Trinations Rugby final results

As promised, I have updated my graphic for the Trinations now that it has finished. That was a rather lucky escape for the All Blacks and highlighted that the next tier of players are not up to the same standard as the regulars.
